Salarybrook Meadow, Colchester, Essex
Client: BELLWAY HOMES PLC
Initial design work for a 221 unit scheme of a 3.5ha parcel of land forming part of the greater master plan for the University of Essex. The scheme consisted of a mixture of three storey town houses and one and two bedroom apartments arranged
around a private landscaped garden. A corner piece Piazza would act as a public gathering space serving the University as well as the residential development.
