Refurbishment and conversion of Grade II Listed building dating back to 1611, to provide bar/dining at ground floor and 11 new hotel bedrooms to the upper levels.
Old Court House project is also winner of the Jersey style awards, Boutique Hotel/guest accommodation of the year.
